Abraham: Genesis 16:3 calls Hagar a wife; later passages call her a bondwoman and place her among Abraham's concubines.

Biography

Hagar was the Egyptian servant of Sarai whom Sarai gave to Abram .

She bore Ishmael to Abram, and Yahweh's angel spoke to her in the wilderness .
