Hananiah, the Hebrew youth called Shadrach, is named among the young men from Judah brought into Babylon with Daniel Daniel 1:3-7.
He refuses the king's image with Mishael and Azariah, and Daniel 3 says the three are delivered from the furnace Daniel 3:12-30.
Hananiah is not in the line to Jesus.
