Biography
Nadab son of Jeroboam I became king over Israel in the 2nd year of Asa king of Judah and reigned 2 years . He did evil in Yahweh's sight and walked in the way of his father and in the sin by which Jeroboam made Israel sin .
Baasha son of Ahijah conspired against Nadab while Nadab and Israel were besieging Gibbethon, and Baasha struck him down there . Baasha became king in his place and destroyed all the house of Jeroboam, fulfilling the word Yahweh had spoken by Ahijah the Shilonite .
