Ahaziah

Ahaziah son of Ahab became king over Israel in Samaria in the 17th year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah and reigned 2 years 1 Kings 22:51. He did evil in Yahweh's sight, walked in the way of Ahab and in the way of his mother, and served Baal 1 Kings 22:52-53.

Moab rebelled against Israel after Ahab died 2 Kings 1:1. Ahaziah fell through the lattice in his upper chamber in Samaria and sent messengers to ask Baal zebub of Ekron whether he would recover 2 Kings 1:2.

Elijah confronted the messengers and announced that Ahaziah would not come down from the bed to which he had gone up, because he had sought Baal zebub rather than Yahweh 2 Kings 1:3-8. Ahaziah died according to Yahweh's word through Elijah, had no son, and was succeeded by Jehoram 2 Kings 1:16-17.
